RAZR MAXX Reviewed

Sweet! It really smoked the competition!

Good to know about the Maxx (and original Razr) having GNSS. I did not know that. I can tell the GPS on this phone is amazing!

I admit I waited to get the Nexus. I went through 3 of them in 4 weeks. None could hold a data connections and the stock battery was awful. It was a beautiful phone but compared to my new Maxx to truly doesn't compare. Of course it will get support longer than the Maxx but for now the choice for me is the Maxx.

Same boat here... maxx today is my choice! Yes, I have both.

What is a surprise is the rezound having decent battery life. I have one so I kinda already knew.

The MAXX is my choice for best in show from the Verizon phones currently available.

My next upgrade is in November so there will probably be something else by then.

It's nice to hear a couple of GN vs Maxx opinions, as I am leaning towards the Maxx, but was drooling over the GN 2011Q4.

I got it down to 30% in 24 hours. That's not a normal 30% but 30% of 3300 mAh!!!!

It survived over 3 additional hours, well into the 5% territory with nav and netflix going (are these really active at the same time?). IE, I was trying to kill the battery. Same weight as the VZW SGN, but the maxx has battery life in a class that no other smartphone can really touch!

Yes, the battery on the MAXX will be greatly appreciated by many.

I currently own a Thunderbolt, the first VZ 4G phone. The battery is way too small it was a gamble whether the phone would make it past 6 hours sometimes, so I got the OEM big battery 2800mAH. That put an end to battery anxiety but now the phone has lost it's sexy figure.

The MAXX or something like it is the answer.
