Razr maxx wireless webtop??

I have the razr maxx which is rooted but I'm not running any special o.s. (like ICS). Is there a way to wirelessly use the webtop app or is there an app similar to it? I would love to be able to use my computer just like I would use the phone.

**If you happen to have any tips on good custom roms I would appreciate that as well, but it isn't my main goal at the moment.**

Airdroid is a good app if you want to connect your phone to computer via wifi. It almost mirrors your phone, and you can send text messages, edit files, etc, on your computer. Great for when you are working on your computer and need to text. Can all be done without messing with phone once you connect it.
