Help Razr screen shattered.... now what?

Got a text message ring yesterday and when I pulled my Razr out of my pocket to answer it to my disbelieve my screen was 3/4ths black and some green background. How it happened I'm not to sure. Not a scratch on the glass but inside looked like it was shattered. So now what?? I have no insurance on this phone. Any suggestions? Will I be able to get a new phone from Verizon? Anyone have suggestions? Gonna call tomorrow. How much is this gonna cost?

well called verizon today for the 3rd day in a row. They are going to ship me a new Razr using one of the upgrades that we have coming in the family. The upgrades arent due till June but he got it okay'd. The other 2 reps I talked to said they couldnt do it. Tried asking for a Razr Max but he said they cant do that. Oh well just glad to get my phone on order. Just in time for Ice Cream.

Just get the phone for now. You can do your own upgrade to a MAXX later when you have more time and money...
