Bought this phone online. but when i try to activate it wont work. when I call i get transferd a bunch of times. any way I can activate it?

used bought it off craigslist. i call verizion they transfer and transfer.

U mite need to get a new sim card in order to activate it

With a new sim what do I do?

Power the phone on, u shld get the setup screen, then call your wireless carrier (from a different phone) and they will walk you threw activating it
