Help razzr maxx 4g LTE data connection problems fixed?

I read that maxx users were having LTE connection issues. Have they been fixed with an update?

Really not trying to be funny....but I havent heard of this. I assume it wasnt that big of a problem?

If so I would really like more info. The Maxx might be my next phone.

I have no issues with my maxx and lte connectivity. Maintains a strong signal and does not switch between 3g/lte like my galaxy nexus did.
