Help RCA Viking Pro Woes

Just picked one of these up which is an Android 5.0 Lollipop. I have never had any kind of tablet/android before so I am sort of clueless although the wife has an iPad but I think it's totally different.

Anyways, my problem is that I can not seem to get any Apps installed on it. I go to the app store and click on the ones I want. Then I click on install but then get a message that it can't find any devices, then after that it says I haven't clicked on the Google Play Shopping icon. So far I've tried getting the Firefox app and the DJI Go App for my drone, both gave me the same problem. What and where is the Google Play Icon? I'm totally confused.
 
Well, upon further tinkering around with this I was finally able to install the Firefox app, the DJI app was not compatible.
Don't know what I did to make it work but it did.

Try going to settings >apps>playstore then clear cache, open the playstore and sign back in using your Gmail and accept the terms etc, then try downloading it. When I'm having issues downloading certain apps this usually works. I hope this helps you. Let me know what happens, ask if you need more help.
