It seems Gsam Battery Monitor has changed the way it interprets the power usage of the radio. After I updated Gsam, there's a considerable discrepancy between it and the default battery monitor:

The radio now shows little usage, and the screen shows a much higher % than the default monitor. Anyone know how accurate this is?
 
The built in one we know is not accurate.

But, to be clear, cell standby is when the radio is in standby doing nothing. I'm not sure if thats what gsam uses.

Normal (non standby) radio usage is covered under "android os" as far as I can tell.
