Re-install OS

Hello there! Can anyone help me in re-installing my tablet? Model: Lemon LT29, OS: Android Ice cream Sandwich. It boots but got stuck at the Lemon logo. Or is there any other method to solve this? I used to wait n see if it can go further but it can't. it just stop at lemon logo and stays there till out of battery. I really need help.
 
If you can get into recovery mode (usually involves pressing some buttons while booting - method varies between devices) then you could clear cache or, if that doesn't work, try a factory reset. If the problem is an app or corrupt data that should clear it.

Can you force it to shut down by pressing and holding the power button for 10 or 20 seconds?
