Update after reinstalling 2.1:
Well, I've done the repair through PC Companion and it didn't work =( .. My phone still restarts. First thing I did after reinstalling 2.1 was record a video, and again after a minute it restarted.
::insert here all the show that it implies (turning on/off forever, having to remove battery and wait some minutes then put it again) ::
Then I started to install all my apps and suddenly restarted again..

If it keeps doing it, perhaps it's not a problem of the installation? Could it be a battery or memory issue? And, do you recommend to take it to tech support instead? =(

Hello everyone! Here's my problem since January:
I upgraded to 2.1 last January, and almost immediately I notice one problem: my phone reset while doing anything (playing games, taking videos, anything). Suddenly, the 3rd day after updating, the phone just turned off and never turned on again. I went to tech support where they told me the battery was blocked (gave it some electric shocks to revive it).
After that I thought my problem was solved, and for some days it worked fine, until I tried to record a video (with the default camera app it has installed), and after a minute my phone reset, and it started to turn on and off forever. So, I had to remove the battery, wait a few minutes and then put it again in order to make it work.
As time goes by, this problem has become more common, and now it resets with anything, even when I connect it with the computer, it (always) resets. When I'm listening to music, then I get a phone call/sms, after I hang up/send the sms, it (sometimes) resets.
I've noticed that it happens more if I'm using many resources, for example, listening to music while playing, recording a video, etc. I've installed Watchdog to check if there's any app running in background and causing problems, but everything behaves fine. It just resets suddenly being cause apparently by nothing!
First I thought it was a defective battery issue or memory, but after some reading, I realized it could be a "2.1 bad installation" issue and I might need to reinstall it. I upgraded through PC Companion and I'm not really sure of how to reinstall it. Do I need to downgrade to 1.6 first? Or just installing it again like if it were the first time? Something else I need to know?
Also, what could be causing this problem and I really need to reinstall 2.1? =/
