Root Re-Rooting?

How would I go about re-rooting? I seem to be having some troubles with my root and it seems that a re-root would be the fix. So, how would I go about this? Should I flash back to the 2.3.20 and then do the 1 click root method?Should I create a back up on titanium back up? If so, should I do apps+system data back up? Will this keep my setCPU profiles and other customizations? Any other suggestions? Thank you for the help in advance!

I would flash back to SBF and then do whichever method of root you prefer. I don't really use Titanium backup but you may want to back up all your stuff with it.

You could un-root and re-root with this program. I use this myself. Its pretty awesome.

wow, nice. thank you. will i need to back up and restore or should this not be a problem?

You should always backup, but you probably wont lose data using this program.
