Re-setting my Email default.

Hi all
Hopefully somebody out there can help me.
I have set my email up on my HTC to link to my Hotmail account.
Recently I had to change my password on my Hotmail as it had been violated by a spammer... No I am no longer recieving notifications to my phone when I receive emails.
I have looked everywhere on the phone , and Im sure it is straight forward, but how do I re-sync my email to the phone using the new password?

thanks. Oddly it doesn't show my email account in the Accounts and Sync in the Settings menu - so nothing to delete?
The only things it lists are
Facebook
Google Mail ( my acount is with Hotmail )
News
Stocks
Weather....

Any other ideas?

Oh wait, yes I forgot that it wont show up there. It shows up in the mail app. It gives you an option to remove the account. Not sure on HTC but just look at the accounts menu in your email app.
