For your first question, the answer is no, not with the stock browser that is. With ICS stock browser the window limit is 8.... gingerbread is 4. As for your second question, yes, yes you can disable the spelling correction on the keyboard - this can be done by going into settings of the keyboard being used (language & keyboards).

I don't understand this. I have a stock browser and I have one window open and I can't open more. There must be a setting, no?
