Apps Reading XML from the web

i am currently creating my first android app
i never used it

and what i need is to read xml file from the internet and put it in a list

( to read this xml http://pollsdb.com/test.txt and put the results in list )

i googled it but found so many things that i did not understan

i will appreciate if someone can post a code that works
