REAL monthly cost

Hi everyone, I currently have T-Mobile Prepaid but am looking to switch to VZW for the Droid Incredible. It will be my first contract phone (1 year). My monthly plan came out to about $60. However, I've heard that there are tons of additional taxes/fees on each bill. What kind of fees does everyone have to pay each month? I couldn't find any info on VZW's website. Thanks.

figure a extra 10-12 dollars. mostly of it is gov, taxes and service charges
