Real-time sound modifier app???

Hi

Does anyone know of an app that records sound from the mic and plays it in the same time through speakers??? Of course modified and by modified I mean adding distortion, changing pitch, etc.

Plus it doesn't need to actually record, just capture sound from mic and play it.
