I would like to write an application that could be used to communicate in real time using a camera on a smartphone (Something like skype communication with a webcam). Slightly ran through the API from Phonegap about the possibility of access to the camera, but found only the implementation of snapshots of photos. Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance!
