Apps Real Uninstaller

I am looking for a real uninstaller, something like Revo that deletes all related files and registry entries.

I have been searching on Apps Store, but couldn't find one. I believe if one existed it would say so, but I am also convinced that it must exist.

Can someone recommend me a good one, please?

Since Android doesn't use a registry, there are no registry entries to delete. Uninstalling removes all related files except dynamic libraries, which are files that may be used by other apps.

Remember, though, that there's a difference between "delete" and "remove all references from all storage media". When you uninstall an app, its files become unlinked. The files are still there (in the SD card in a phone), but there's no reference to them, so that space is useable by anything that needs storage space. To totally wipe all references to a deleted file you'd probably need an NSA-level storage wipe program, and a $2 hammer is a lot cheaper.

So you see how ignorant I am about this Android OS. I've been using computers for many years, make lots of changes, hack the registry, etc., But I have my first Android phone for less than a month :o. I thought Android had some sort of registry. I am really curious to learn. I know this is out of the topic, but how does it work? Like the pre-registry DOS with INI files and other files only? Then what is the best way not to keep left-overs when we want to give up on any app? And which app would you recommend to do the best clean-uninstall-remove-delete job, please?
Thank you very much for your help.
