Rearrange icons on Notification Bar App

Just as the title says, I'm looking to see if there is an application that would allow me to re-arrange the icons on the Notification drawer. I'm not talking about the default icons, i.e. the clock, or the signal strength icons, I'm referring to the ones supported by my applications, that show up on the left right hand side. Is there such application? I searched on the market, but couldn't figure out what would be the best search term, as I kept getting apps that would show the battery percentage, or the date...(on the left corner) I would not want to root my phone, since I don't think I have the knowledge to do it and I would fear screwing something up, but if that's the only way to do it I'll just give it up.

Unfortunately you would have to root your phone to modify those icons. I have seen a few apps offer different icons for the notification bar but it's a rarity.
