rearrange items in scrapbook?

I can't figure out how to rearrange items that I have added to the scrapbook app. Anybody know how?

Please and hold item and select move. You then can move it to existing categories or make new ones.

Not an entirely related matter - but I'm an Evernote user, and was wondering if the Scrapbook can be saved to Evernote? I haven't used it yet so as not to create another database with my stuff - and would love to. I have stumbled into a way to save action memos to Evernote, so I'm guessing it's possible?

I was talking about moving things around within the same category. As for Evernote, I didn't see an option in the scrapbook app, but you can use Evernote with the S Note app for sure.
