keeps rebooting ,,wont stop,galaxy s3 verizon

Pull the battery out. Leave it out for a minute or two, then see whether it boots normally after that.
If not, what you do next might depend on why it's in this state (hardware problem, failed software update, corrupt data). You could factory reset it from recovery mode (usually entered by booting while pressing some key combination, I don't know which for the S3). But depending on the cause that might not solve it (but it will erase your data). So if you know anything more about what happened before the problem started, maybe if you posted again with that information someone will have a better idea.
