My phone is having two problems.
The first of which is that when I power down my phone, I cannot power it up. Even if the battery is at 100%, the "no battery" screen flashes and the phone refuses to power up. At this point, the only way that I can power up my phone is by plugging it in to a power source and turning it on. There is no issue with the battery, once the phone is on, it will not die. For some reason, once the phone powers down, it THINKS it is dead.
The second issue is that when I plug my phone in to my computer via USB, the computer will not recognize my phone. It doesn't matter whether I use Samsung Kies, USB Mass Connection, whatever, the computer will not recognize the phone. I had the phone working previously with USB Mass Connection, and was using it to transfer images and music.. Now, the phone will not recognize. I have tried it with multiple computers (Mac and PC), and nothing works. I've tried Factory Resetting the phone as well. Is it possible to reinstall the USB Mass Connect package on the phone?
