Help Rebooting/Shut down problems

Anyone else having these type of problems? I'm on my third phone and still having these problems. Anybody heard of an update coming out to fix thiss?
 
Have you tried running the phone "without installing any apps", to rule out an app causing the issue? FWIW, I have only had (1) unintentional reboot since I got the phone on release day.
