Help Rebooting

Looking for a little advice...
My GS3 SPH-L710 keeps rebooting I have removed the battery and tried to leave it out for a few and no luck My phone is rooted but running stock ROM
I cant even get to CWM menu and when I try to get to downloading menu it shows up for a sec then just reboots. Any ideas of the next step to take?

try to change the battery I had D710 with exact the same problem after changing the battery every thing is ok
Let the battery charge at least to the half before you try to run the phone

that is the one thing i have not tried but I have a buddy in the office i need to try and swap with thanks
