Help reboots during calls

htc desire will only allow a five minute phone call then shuts down and continues to reboot unless the battery is removed for ten minutes. just started a month ago. also unable to play games as that seemed to be causing the same thing but google maps or web browsing doesn't seem to causing any problem. WTF?
 
Weird...

Are you running stock, unrooted? Installed any apps that might be acting up?

Have you tried a hard reset?
