Why does this keep happening?! Ive reinstalled it multiple times. I'm not even overclocking it. What could be the problems.

Your phone may just be rejecting the kernel.
If it's a refurb unit - typically replacements are - then that's probably the issue right there as LG did something to them that MtMichaelson has yet to figure out...if he's even alive anymore that is...haven't seen him here since he posted the ROM.
If you're not on a refurb unit then it may be the clock settings that are being rejected.
If it's not the settings (regardless of your clock) then it may be the clock's default 1.5 and your processor unfortunately just can't handle it.
Could also be faulty memory on the phone, faulty processor, faulty hardware elsewhere, bad wiring, overheating, shorting, water damage etc. etc. etc.

Are you running the LG Connect Optimizer (at least when you were on BrokenOut)? I noticed that alot of the things that the Optimizer does conflicted with MANY of my utility apps (Rom Toolbox, the CPU speed controller that comes in BrokenOut, etc). As cool as the optimizer is, I have other apps that do the same thing that it does and since I uninstalled it, I have not suffered ONE reboot on BrokenOut. I would try BrokenOut without the optimizer if you were running it. Hope this helps
