reboots with white htc screen

well finely have a major problem with my TB. It keeps rebooting over and over. Just a white HTC screen over and over again till it finely reboots. Took 2 hours yesterday to get it on. Went to verizon I am 1 month and 8 days away from upgrade and got the sorry for your bad luck see you dec 8 for your upgrade and sent me packing. Told me to try calling cus service and see if they can do something.

I am not rooted and have not tried a factory reset as I cannot get into the phone. I called verizon cs today and there second level tech gave me a upgrade early since the phone is not working. I ordered a Samsaung Galaxy GIII in blue. It will be here Thursday

i have tried the factory reset also now as the phone did it on its own and still just reboots the white screen with HTC. If you get it to boot it works fine till you take it off the charger then same thing all over again draining the battery.

Well at least verizon was nice about the early upgrade but I lost my unlimited data with the new phone purchased at a discount price

When my TB reboots, and the red thunderbolt appears, the screen has a black background.

mine just flashes a white screen with a green HTC on it forever till I hold down the right combination of buttons and keep pressing them then I get a white screen with HTC quietly brilliant then the bolt screen and it will then boot. but if i plug or unplug it from a charger it starts all over again.


My bolt is gone my samsung galaxy SIII arrives today so no more of this problem for me.
