Hello and welcome to our community MrLunchbox.
Are you using the stock Android browser? Have you tried clearing the data on the app to see if that fixes it?

Yes I'm using the stock Android browser and I've tried to clear out every sort of data that would be related to my browser I have my Google account connected to chrome at home whenever someone does a search on it for locations this happens I got rid of it once before but it won't work now.

Have you gone into applications and cleared the data on the app?

Yes doesn't do nothing its still there, I don't know if thus helps but it only shows up when logged into my Google account when I'm not its not there

Ah, that does help.
Go to your PC and sign into your google account and go to account > go to web history > and see if web history is turned on. If so, turn it off and see if that helps.
