Help Recents Key

Hi everyone,

My S7 Edge recent key has stopped working. Is this a common problem with a recent update? Or is this caused by something else??

I just want to get this fix because it is quite frustrating.

It's best when a update is available is to do a factory reset after the new update is installed so the new update will install properly.
