recieved mine today

For those of you that are just getting your V20 DO NOT REMOVE your rear facing camera's clear protective film! (@2:26 it clearly shows that the film in no way interferes with taking pics, BUT soon after the scratch test with the the mineral pick and the screen shatters!). So, what you can take away from this is anything that hits or scratches deep enough could potentially shatter this screen...
If i didn't watch this video i would never have known it was there, which I'm sure many of you may not, which would be a good thing...
There's an issue with the clear part of the lens shattering that was captured on video (@2:50) by a well known YouTube channel from JerryRigEverything

removed mine at day one - might as well have clear as can be pictures. That little film won't protect much of anything.

now cutting a quality screen protector film might be the way to go and by that I mean the stuff that is noticeably thick.

I say get a case for the thing that puts raised edges around it. helps but won't be the end all be all either.

First thing I peeled off. I want clear pictures.

Never been an issue, always use a case
My apologies, as I didn't realize I posted the wrong URL for JerryRigEverything YouTube video on the V20 scratch test.
Anyway, @2:26 in the corrected link above in my post it clearly shows that the film in no way interferes with taking pictures.
Having a slim case would be better, but thought I'd point out the error in my previous post and in case you haven't seen the video...
Again, all my point was that as soon as the rear facing camera was mineral pic tested it shattered...

Film in no way interferes with pictures... Updated link as I stated that I posted the wrong link originally but corrected this...

Did a T-Mobile Jump and traded in my V10 for the V20 today. I only had one week left on my V10 warranty and all the bootloop talk scared me.

Definitely a lot more responsive than my V10. We'll see if it behaves the same way after installing some apps. Getting rid of those steel rails definitely makes the V20 lighter in the hand (I swear my left forearm is larger from holding up my V10 this last year LOL!) Volume seems slightly louder and Nougat is great so far. I love the new notification shade. Second screen greatly improved (no obvious light bleed and larger and clearer icons and text). I thought this phone was extremely ugly in videos and online (especially compared to the V10), but seeing it in person it's pretty gorgeous. I was worried jumping from the V10 to the V20 would be a lateral move and waste of money, but everything is much better than the V10 (also considered the Galaxy S7, but that seemed like a downgrade from the V10).

My Urban Armor Gear case is in the mail so hopefully nothing happens between now and next week. Various forum posts are scaring me about the camera lens glass.

Luckily T-Mobile just dropped a software update a few days ago so I'm manually installing that through LG Bridge. Now I don't have to factory reset my phone after setting it up new and redo everything.
