Recommendation needed for handwritten note taking

[yawkeyfan]

I'd like to use my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.0 tablet for taking handwritten notes in class. I have downloaded a few but they dont seem to function when taking notes in real time.

Any recommendations? Ideally, I'd like an app that turns my tablet into a notebook.

Thanks for your suggestions.
