Recommendations for Business Card software

I would like to replace my past century like paper business cards with a modern solution. SO I would appreciate recommendations for electronic business card software with the following characteristics:

• Preferably open source;

• Helps creating the business card itself (templates, etc);

• Facilitates business card sharing to users lacking the same software (e.g. through e-mail, QR code, etc).
