Recommendations for Real 30W wireless charging pads

Bought a couple of Belkin 30W GaN, PD wall chargers, and they work fine for fast-charging when I plug the cable that came with the Pixel 6 Pro directly into the phone, but the pads I bought, which claimed to be "Qi-Certified 30W Max Fast Charging Pads" will charge wirelessly, just not rapidly, as seen in the desktop or lock screen charging status.
Can anyone recommend some real 30W Wireless charging pads that will work here?

Just for information, the reason those wireless chargers don't work is because the Pixel phone uses a charging standard other than Qualcomm's Quick Charge. You need a wireless charger that uses the USB Power Delivery system that Google and Apple phones use.
 
I have a Belkin wall charger that has USB power delivery.
When I plug it directly into my Pixel 6 Pro it rapid charges just fine.
But when I try to use some pads that advertised as fast charging and PD compliant, it won't fast charge.

So the only fast charging pad for Google Pixel 6 pro isn't out yet?

Well it might be better to not equate the two, and just focus on getting the best wired charger and the best wireless charger as two separate things. The Pixel 6 Pro website states wired charging can go up to 30 watts while wireless only up to 23 watts, so even though wireless charging tech is evolving, at this point it's still a matter where using a USB cable will provide more power transfer than wireless charger. Or in other words, you might already have an optimal wireless charger that provides enough power that your Pixel can take in, just don't compare it directly with your USB cable charging.

Using the app "Ampere", both using the "Fast Glass" pad and directly charging from the Pixel 6 Pro cable and Belkin wall charger, the readout in Ampere is nearly identical. (the one you see when it was charging wirelessly, was usually pretty much the same as when it was plugged in) That's confusing since when it's plugged in I get the "Charging Rapidly", and when it is on the pad I only get "Charging wirelessly"
Stranger is that for both readouts, there is a reading of 4 Volts and some change.
I am probably making this more confusing than it needs to be lol.
Can someone just tell me what to buy to make all my problems disappear?

I don't use wireless chargers but I do use power banks or portable chargers. I had the same problems you did when I purchased a power bank for my Pixel 6 Pro. It said it was for our phone but when I tried it, no fast charging. So I searched Amazon for Pixel 6 Pro chargers and then checked the reviews. I searched the reviews for the Pixel 6 Pro then looked through them for saying it fast charged. I found one and bought it. I got it a few minutes ago and it works, Fast Charge and all. Just a thought.

Your 'problems' appear to be based on misconceptions on how batteries and chargers function. There are dozens of variables involved that are only interrelated to each other under certain conditions. It's not a matter where a charger will pump out it's maximum rated power into a battery when you connect to it but rather the voltage and the amperage will vary in accordance to things like temperature and what the battery's current charge rate is as that moment. The amperage will vary basically throughout the entire charging session.
