Recommendations, please

It's just about time for me to cash in my Droid Inc 2. Seems that, to my marginal surprise, I came due for a new phone about two weeks ago; additionally, as if it realizes its days may be numbered, it's started doing weird things (I no longer have use of the camera, for example). Realizing that I'm on Verizon (and really don't have any complaints, thank you), what would you recommend as an upgrade?

It really does depend on what feature or features you value most. If I were looking, a 4g phone would be on the top of my list then it would be the type of processor such as a dual core phone.

As of right now, depending on your budget the galaxy nexus, the razr maxx, rezound and spectrum are the top phones for each of the major manufacturers. (of course this is entirely my opinion).
