Root Recommended sleep/wake governors?

i understnad the basics behind them , but just would like to know which to apply to my phone.

atm i have Smartass v2 on wake , but on sleep I have on demand.
 
I have never really changed mine from ondemand for both wake and sleep, but I reckon the best sleep govenor for saving power is probably conservative (as it keeps the cpu at the lowest clock speed set until you wake the phone) where as some govenors will scale the cpu and and down while it's in sleep.
 
I don't really know the specific differences between each one, but from playing about with them my personal favourite is smartassv2. It doesn't have any noticeable lag (which can be caused by the CPU speed not increasing immediately in response to demand) and the battery life also seems pretty good.
