How can I record all calls. I want to be able to hear what the other person who called is saying to me.

Unfortunately, it isn't always possible to have 2-way call-record. I believe it requires a compatible (often custom) kernel. It is also worth noting that it is actually against the law in some countries/regions to record the other party of a phone call without first letting them know that you are recording them.
