Help Recording app. Is it possible

I have 2 Motorola 3rd and 4th gen and wanting to know is there any apps available where I can record all my surroundings whenever I activate it for business purposes. I'm sick and tired of making notes and sometimes I even forgot to write them down and I lose that vital thought until it's to late.

Wanting to see if there's an app out there for my phone so I can just recorded everything I need then playback when needed.
