Recording medicine administration

Hello folks,

I am looking for an app for a service provider to an elderly. This patient takes a ton of medications and each medication needs to be timed so as to have maximum benefit at the least dosage.

In the beginning an attempt was made to keep paper records but this elderly patient keeps misplacing it and the service provider can not carry around with her.

So I am looking for an android app where the service provider can record on her phone. Something like, she adds all medications and as the medications are administered, she just marks in the app. A weekly or monthly export can be performed in the form a text file where one column is medications and other columns are the dates, showing check-marks confirming administration.

I wonder if such app is available.

You might wish to examine Medication Records to see if any meet your specific needs. Usually the initial setup is the most difficult part of using such apps, but then too one must remember to make the entries when each medication is delivered.
