Recording options

You know what would be a great idea some one probably stupid is going to reject?

It would be great to have the programmers come up with a way to turn the "Power and volume down button" options but instead, "Power and volume up" in to a screen shot recording option.
Similar to powet button volume down for screen shots (i have to explain in detail or people will find a way to not understand this)
But instead..power button + volume button up to create recording on screen.

SO..if we want to record something on our screen, that makes it a lot EASIER.

why would you want to record what is on your phone's screen other then just a screenshot? why would you want a video of that? are you talking about for gaming purposes? kind of like twitch but for phones?

I have my personal reasons. It would be a great function for phone's to me.

Sometime I record my screen to walk people through the steps (for whatever), as some folks like to see the steps, in addition to, or instead of, reading the steps.

But yeah, a shortcut to do so would be nice instead of an app.

My Huawei Mate 10 has quick access, and one touch activation of the screen recorder from the pull down menu on the home screen. But I've not seen this on other phones. My Samsung S7 doesn't have it.

So I think it's something that certain manufacturers may provide. I don't think it could be done with just an app on its own, well not without root.
