Help Recover data?

Decided to flash from MidnightRom 1.1.3 to 1.1.6, but in my haste, I forgot to backup my app data in Titanium. I did, however, backup everything in TWRP 2.2.0. But when I restore the backup, it doesn't restore anything at all. Am I missing a step? All I want to do is restore in TWRP, backup app data in Titanium, and re-flash the update. Is it too late to save my app data?

Titanium Backup backs up in the SD Card. So the Backup in TWRP didnt include the backup because its in the sd card and TWRP only backs up the internal data.
