Recover deleted contacts?

Hi everyone. I have had my Galaxy rush for about a month and I've already screwed something up.
While messing around I accidentally disabled "Contacts Storage".

Now (big surprise) my contacts are gone.
I've re-enabled CS and was able to catch a FEW contacts by looking through the call log before the names disappeared.

I have a bad feeling that I already know the answer to my question...but I figured I'd try anyway.

Thanks for any help and sorry for bothering you with my blunder.

You could try syncing with Google. From the home screen tap on menu, settings, accounts or it might be accounts & sync depending on your OS, and resync with your Google account.
