Help Recover deleted video from Note N7000, (i got no SD card )

Hi , as stated in the title, I don't have a SD card in my galaxy note, can i still recover my deleted video?can anyone help ?

I have tried many softwares in which they indicate that i would have a "removable device" when i USB plugged in my galaxy note to my CPU, but what i see, my phone is a "portable device" which the software cannot detect .
please help ! thanks..

Settings - More - USB utilities - Connect storage to PC

This will mount your phone as a mass storage device instead of using Samsung own method of connection.
