Recover Texts

[Android Question]

I have an android 4 and I accidentally deleted text messages. How can I get them back? I am using the back up assistant plus, but I am not sure how to use it to get back texts if it is possible. I have tried a couple of programs online. Please help me!

Thanks,
Brittany

According to what I see (Backup Assistant Plus is a Verizon thing) BAP doesn't back up texts, just contacts, music and pictures. But you can call Verizon in the morning and ask for help.
