Help Recover TouchWiz calendar data

Hello all,
I unfortunately lost my Galaxy S2, on which I used a calendar widget (apparently TouchWiz, though I just found out now). Does anybody know if there is a possibility to recover my calendar data? Is it stored in any cloud or just saved locally on the phone?
You would help me a great deal, it's a pain in the ass trying to remember and restore all the appointments etc...

Depends on if you were creating your events into the phone (My Calandar), or against your google account
If you were storing it against your google account then you have no worries.

I don't remember how I set up the calendar but I checked on my google account and there all data was empty.
