Because there are different ROM's and recoveries out there, it is very difficult to assist you without more information. The best recommendation would be for you to post more information here in this thread regarding your problem. What ROM were you installing, what recovery program were you using, what happened that got you into a bootloop or stuck in boot. You could also visit the Samsung Galaxy 2 "All thing Root" forum
