Recovering Deleted Documents but....

Hi again!. So I posted earlier asking if anybody knew about an app. or a download to recover deleted documents. I was given great advice!, however, I have tried numerous different downloads and each other of them tells me to connect the phone to the computer by USB and to click next and whatnot to get it started. Well it works for a little bit, but after a few seconds or minutes of the phone being connected, it says it isn't connected right or something like it can't be detected, or something like that. I don't understand for the life of me what is going on.... I am going into settings and making sure everything is set up right, but it still gives me these messages.

Any idea what is going on?

Hey BusyMom416,

Have you tried using a different USB cable?

You might have a broken or one that can only keep an intermittent connection.

Also, trying a different USB port on your computer might help, too.

... try a USB port in the back of the computer. Some USB ports on the front are flakey.
