I have a motorola mb632 (running android 2.3.6) that recently suffered from some water damage. The touch screen does not respond to input at all, but the rest of the phones components still appear to be working.
I have some photos stored in the internal memory of the phone that I would like to recover. I tried plugging the phone into my laptop via usb, but the computer will not recognize the device. I'm pretty sure the reason for why my computer cannot recognize the phone is because the phone's usb settings is set to "charge only." I remember setting this option when I plugged my phone into an outlet with a usb adpater. I got a prompt that let me select the usb mode, the options were "charge only" and something like "charge and data transfer." Since I cannot get into my phone and change this setting (the touch screen is broken) what options do I have to make this phone readable to my computer?
