Help Recovery and Bootloader Unaccessible.

Hi there. I got a problem with my rooted phone. I'm not expert here so well I'm seeking for help.

I have a problem with my phone. I can't access https sites. So to fix these I decided to flash stock rom, which I can't do for some reasons. (I don't know if my bootloader is unlocked already...)

SO THE PROBLEM IS HERE. I go into my stock recovery(my first time), then after that when i reboot and decided to go again there I just can't. I mean I got only there one time only. Next is my bootloader or what do you call that fastboot mode, i tried also to get there for once(successful), but after that, i can't get into it again. Just like in my recovery, one time access only. AND IT'S THE MAIN PROBLEM.

However the phone is functional, just the recovery, and bootloader or fastboot is the problem.

And with no bootloader, i can't unlock it. And with no custom recovery, i can't flash rom. Please HELP. :'(

A model number being posted would help people help you. adb reboot bootloader and adb reboot recovery should work.

Tried it using minimal adb and fastboot(in usb debugging).

Adb reboot-recovery and adb reboot-bootloader doesn't seem to work. It justs reboot again in the interface.

By the way, my device is Lenovo A690.
