Root Recovery boot not functioning

Before I begin, yes I unlocked and flashed twrp properly and everything was functioning as normal.

Just had a problem with permissions on my picture folder where I couldn't save screen shots because twrp broke the folder when I took a screen shot in twrp itself. I couldn't delete the picture folder with root explorer so I decided to use twrp file manager. Thing is though the phone won't boot into recovery when I use the hard buttons or advance reboot. The phone won't turn on if using hard buttons and just reboot to normal boot if using advance boot. I can boot into fastboot, I'll try and flash twrp again when I get home.

Just a follow up, I fixed the booting issue by doing the unbrick method and gonna stick with stock recovery until TWRP officially supports this device and is stable...

Somehow my bootloader became locked again and stock recovery was completely inaccessible.
