Root recovery help

Hello all I am having issues with installing any recovery, thus why I can't flash Roman. My phone is rooted via v root. I have the metro exhibit... please help I have tried but cannot please

There is aokp by dadcup, which im currently using. Its kit kat 4.4.4:

Flash this in your custom recovery after flashing your rom.
pa_gapps-modular-mini-4.4.4-20140620-signed - Download - 4shared - Jose Figueroa



If you find another custom rom that you would like and it is not 4.4.4 you will need a lower gapps. Lets say your have a custom rom that is 4.1.2, you will need gapps v4.1.
It is all depending on what version the rom is.

Someone in this forum is currently building a 4.1 miui rom. they built a 4.2 miui rom but the camera is not working so they are downgrading it to 4.1.

Welcome. And i like omnirom and vanir the most because you can update them under settings.

what rom did you flash ? And did you make sure to wipe dalvik and dalvik cache ?
