I think you will want to check into the root area for your phone for that one. Not knowing which phone you have, you will have to choose your phone from this list and once you follow that link.. click into the root area for that phone. Here is a list of the Android Phones. we are developing a Tablet PC with android 4.0 and omap4460 as our target. Tablet is up and running with the android 4.0. We need recovery support in that. So we are looking for, how to create or build recovery.img. thanks in advance for your support

I think you might need to check in Android Development - Android Forums as this is something that would be a little beyond the knowledge of the average user of the forums... perhaps one of the other devs could help you out!
